ABSTRACT
Aim:In this paper we evaluated the relationship between number of removed lymph nodes and postoperative morbidity during lymphadecetomy in early stage endometrium cancer.Material Method: Seventy-two patients with diagnosis I-II cancer underwent radical hysterectomy + pelvic paraaortic lymphadenectomy Izmir Atatürk Training Research Hospital, Department Gynecology Obstetric, 01.04.2002-31.04.2009.The clinical pathologic findings, immediate operative records were reviewed.The mean follow-up time was fifty months. Findings:The analysis mainly focused on comparison 11 or fewer to more than removed.The who have had >11 (Dissection group) < (Sampling 37 (51,4%) 35 (48,6%), respectively.There no statistically significant differences groups terms recurrence mortality.However, concomitant lymphatic dissection has resulted longer anesthesia hospital stay, blood loss as well higher transfusion rates. Conclusion:Although therapeutic efficacy endometrial same sampling ,the incidence much less group.
