ABSTRACT
The curriculum includes educational activities that determine the struggle for survival and sustainability of a university's departments. Approaches seek more flexible solutions have post-positivist understanding are needed to manage this system. One these approaches is action research, first used by Kurt Lewin (1946) solve social problems. In study, four offices were established make at state university in Turkey functional, contributions regulating with Collaborative Action Research (CAR) discussed. most valuable outcome study it has presented model collaborative teaching higher education can be as guide support studies. On other hand, CAR made office operations, collaboration, consultation, continuous improvement cycle, problem identification (needs assessment). This which lasted two years, provided important services participants addressing current difficulties operations.
