ABSTRACT
Idiopathic normotensive hydrocephalus (iNPH) is a disease that affects the elderly, characterized by classic triad of gait apraxia, urinary incontinence, and minor cognitive impairment or dementia, cerebral imaging scans show presence ventriculomegaly normal fluid pressure in c puncture. This must be list differentiated diagnosis patients presenting with above manifestations. If iNPH confirmed, it should treated at an early stage.
