ABSTRACT
Objectives The aims of the present study were to (i) cross-culturally adapt a Danish consensus version 10-item Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) and (ii) evaluate its psychometric properties in terms agreement, reliability, validity, responsiveness, interpretability among patients with work-related stress complaints. Methods A consensus-building process was performed involving authors three previous translations back-translated into English pilot-tested. Psychometric final examined sample 64 Results face internal consistency PSS-10 satisfactory, convergent construct validity confirmed. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves change scores showed that ability correctly classify as improved or unchanged according patients' own judgment acceptable. estimates minimal clinically important 11 points 28% for absolute relative scores, respectively. Conclusion appears be feasible use clinical research settings has good interpretability.
