Good government performance can increase organizational value, legitimacy, public support and also survival. However, the of local governments based on HDI is still not good places Indonesia below ASEAN countries such as: Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia Thailand. This study aims to examine effect corruption performance, where this research was conducted 34 provincial in during 2016-2020 period. interesting because it has novelty terms measuring corruption. Local measured using Human Development Index whose data comes from BPS-RI by value rupiah audit findings BPK-RI budget implementation efforts fight The test results panel regression with fixed model show that a positive significant influence performance.
