It is known to be a real challenge find sustainable alternatives for the use of mineral fertilizers, especially nitrogen-based ones. This legal requirement in organic farming. Organic sources have low concentration nitrogen but advantage that they come from renewable source and are found along with other compounds positive effects on plant nutrition. Protein hydrolysates(PHs) can improve agricultural production terms quality quantity by enhancing seed germination, root development nutrient uptake reduce amount chemical fertilizers used. paper presents data literature protein hydrolysates as crop fertilization.
