요양급여 적정성 평가의 성과와 과제The Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) has implemented the National Quality Program (NQAP) to improve quality of care.Beginning with five items including a pharmaceutical benefit in 2001, NQAP been expanded measuring 35 347 indicators as 2021.The results have publicly disclosed linked Value Incentive Healthcare Evaluation Grant Initiative that is designed support improvement care.The experience from implementing provides three implications for achieving ultimate goal improving care: (1) reorganization assessment ensure credibility society; (2) expansion use results; (3) establishment governance at national level enables alignment plans, strategies, policies care build-up strategic partnership institutions stakeholders.
