ABSTRACT
The utilization of chitosan nanoparticles is a novel technique for gene transformation into plant tissues. It takes few minutes to transform plant. UidA was detected in Escherichia coli (K12 strain) using polymerase chain reaction analysis by UidA-specific primers. transformed the explants two different species (Solanum tuberosum and Paulownia tomentosa). These plants have natures as crop woody respectively. Therefore, they abilities express gene. expressed blue color tissues due formation expression GUS enzyme. morphologically color; molecular PCR. Chitosan were characterized UV/Visible spectroscope photographing with transmission electron microscope (TEM). As result this research, it suggested that be used Because safe, quick, inexpensive, well biocompatible biodegradable.
