ABSTRACT
Qatar is an emerging renewable energy market in the MENA region and has made progress recent years. The natural gas-rich state abundant solar resources a national vision to generate 2% of its electricity from by 2020. A number green businesses are operating at different segments value chain. However, deployment residential commercial PV still remains very low. One reason for this lack incentives public adopt technologies because high capital cost per kWh price as compared utility power. This study proposes use roof rental business model method increasing support generating income businesses. reviews current status major players discussed detail recommendations given on how implement it. also addresses feed-in-tariff incentive essential pillar model. Finally, concludes that can create massive provided policy implemented.
