The predominantly matrix supported oligo-mictic nature. Petrography, microprobe data, scanning electron microscopy studies reveal presence chromite, zircon, rutile, magnetite, monazite, pyrite, chalcopyrite, pyrrhotite, stibnite, brannerite. Laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry analyses various generations arsenian pyrites significant concentrations Au solid solution. was initially incorporated its detrital form onto growing pyrite surfaces, possibly due microbial mediation. trace element data with back-scattered images X-ray compositional maps remobilization associated elements diagenetic precipitation younger hydrothermal pyrites. sulfide-hosted mineralization, signatures, zoning patterns mimic style sediment-hosted deposits such as Spanish Mountain Carlin.
