ABSTRACT
From the Publisher: Today, technology plays a great role in all of our lives. Yet studies have shown that up to one half population is technophobic--that is, possession negative opinions or anxiety when it comes information like personal computers. This book examines origins technophobia--what who has and what causes it. The impact gender examined social cognitive psychological factors underlying technophobia are reviewed combined into an overall model. Techniques for reducing technophobia discussed, effect on everyone from school children teenagers analyzed. Technophobia will be useful both academic study area, those devising IT policy schools, business government.
