Principals’ Learning Leadership: Integrating Spiritual and Moral Values in Educational Settings

ABSTRACT
Cultivating spiritual-moral values in the school environment is very important. Principals need to encourage teachers model good spiritual and moral behavior for students. This research aims describe role of principals' learning leadership empower develop teacher-teaching competencies increasing students' achievement motivation based on values. study used a qualitative approach with case design. The subjects were three principals senior from Catholic Middle School, Christian Muhammadiyah Islamic School Malang City, East Java, Indonesia data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation studies. Data analysis interactive continuous until completion. Activities are reduction, power display, conclusion drawing/verification. validity must be determined implementation inspection techniques. technique question several specific criteria. These criteria encompass credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability. findings show that spirituality has practical impact using teachers' influence motivation. In conclusion, an improving teacher teaching competence so activities higher quality increase student recommendation reference implement influential remedy low learning.
