Objective : To evaluate the treatment results of patients with early glottic cancer respect to laryngeal preservasion.Patients and Methods Between 2001 2005, 93 were treated at Kobe University Hospital. In general, T1 T2 cancers conventional hyperfractionated radiotherapy, respectively. Conservative surgery preservation was considered as salvage for radiation failure.Results The larynx preserved in 95.8% (45/47) 82.6% (19/23).Conclusion Although follow up periods not long enough, promising obtained. Development strategies more advanced is an issue be solved.
