ABSTRACT
This study aimed to determine the frequency of Pseudomonas fluorescens, P. putida, and aeruginosa in refrigerated raw milk; their proteolytic potential; your association with aprX gene. Of 173 isolates confirmed as belonging spp., 37% were 25.4% none belongs aeruginosa. The gene was distributed proportionally between putida (68%) fluorescens (75%), but it not associated low or high potential both species. (16) (14) no identified also had potential. Considering synthesis proteases other than AprX by under study, we concluded that represented 62.4% genus, probability having However, there deteriorating presence
