ABSTRACT
Use of Integrated Health Information Systems (IHIS) for the provision healthcare services benefits both professionals and patients, while requiring continuous evaluation upgrading to fully support its role.The main purpose study was develop an framework hospitals utilizing IHIS, within three areas identified as Human factor, Technology Organization.The questionnaire consisted 43 questions, with 17 questions (related categories procedures, system quality satisfaction), 25 categories, safety collaboration) 1 question related accessibility (within category quality). Three open were added evaluate users' perception on what needed improvement health in their respective all 3 variables being evaluated. The included allow participants express opinion a more detailed setting. A database developed, data processed analyzed.Factor analysis formed 5 framework. Cronbach's alpha coefficient found be above > 0.85.Evaluation frameworks can designed, developed implemented by using different methodologies. For effective it should designed based aims research specific needs particular setting or hospital. Considering satisfaction, collaboration, safety, quality, Likert scale current study, DIPSA provide holistic image IHIS evaluating any hospital system.
