ABSTRACT
Abstract: 19 year old college student was referred to physical therapy department with signs and symptoms of seventh cervical nerve root radicupathic pain. Physical examination spine had shown that localised pain over left C6-7 junction radiating down till the dorsal aspect ring finger. Spurling upper limb tension tests positive a sign for irritation. She treated intermittent traction, stretching neck muscles, mobilization thoracic spine, trigger point massage period two week. But, were not reduced completely she complaints recurrence Further revealed maximum tender points paraspinal muscle region altered function spine. Later dry needling supraspinous ligament myofascial shoulder muscles. The procedure carried out sessions 72 hour interval subjective intensity disability assessed using Visual Analog Scale Neck Disability Index before after treatment. post score compared intervention score. Pain three months treatment which also sustainability effects.
