ABSTRACT
Munchausen syndrome is a rare psychiatric illness that includes mimicking group of medical conditions, in which person repeatedly harms him or herself falsely misinterprets any condition when he she not actually sick, order to achieve health care attention. Underdiagnosis this leads irrelevant use assets. Here, we document an interesting and case young girl presented the outpatient department Otolaryngology Patel Hospital with episodes bleeding from her ear, presentation syndrome. Her complete physical, otolar yngological, haematological radiological examination failed reveal clue towards particular diagnosis. Hence diagnosis was made by exclusion other possibilities ear bleeding, it considered as report after taking duly signed written consent patient. This will help increasing self-knowledge perception different clinical based presentations practitioners, avoid overlooking such cases. Further exploratory work required regard discover etiology predisposing factors develop new treatment strategies.
