ABSTRACT
Introduction: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common form of cardiac arrhythmia in clinical practice and its prevalence increases with age.Patients who develop AF also have cardiovascular risk factors, structural heart disease, comorbidities, all which can increase mortality.AF causes a significant economic burden increasing trend hospitalizations.Research Objectives: The objective our study to evaluate impact known factors on incidence atrial as an important precursor cerebrovascular morbidity mortality among patients Bosnia Herzegovina during median follow up period (September 2006 -September 2016).The other estimate CHA2DS2-VASc score based parameters.Patients methods: This includes 2352 ambulant hospitalized fibrillation. All underwent evaluation thorough assessment for potential concomitant conditions order determine them represent examinees fibrillation. Results: results show that male gender has slightly more AF.Obesity overweight BMI ≥ 27, cigarettes smoking sedentary life style are almost present AF.Arterial hypertension, coronary artery diabetes mellitus, chronic obstructive pulmonary renal dysfunction, valvular disease peripheral vascular comorbidities patients. The mean was 3.2±1.4and HAS-BLED 2.1±1.2.Conclusion: sustained rhythm disorder. The shows obesity, alcohol consumption, dyslipidemia be considered triggers predisposing appearance Peripheral kidney playing role developing AF.
