ABSTRACT
Amitryiptiline which is a member of tricyclic antidepressant(TCA) drug group can cause electrocardiographic (ECG)changes like prolongation QRS and QTc interval, increment R/S ratio on derivation AVR besides arrythmias such as supraventricular tachycardia(SVT) ventricular tachycardia(VT) overdose. In this paper;we present case about the treatment interval caused by intentional use high dose amitryiptiline with intravenous lipid emulsion(ILE) infusion.
