Culture as a Moderator of Gender difference in Negotiation Performance: A Meta-analysis

ABSTRACT
Culture and gender have been separately studied as important factors that influence individual's negotiation strategy outcome. This study proposed a need to corporate these two together in research under an interactive perspective by providing meta-analytic review on high- versus low-context culture strong moderator difference of performance. Studies reporting the objective outcomes from cultures were reviewed. Altering previous consensus male performance was better than female, results revealed low context cultures, negotiators performed women, whereas high women men. The theoretical practical implications are highlighted discussion.
