ABSTRACT
This study proposes a conceptual model that examines whether, how and when activated resource-based faultlines affects team creativity. Based on the social information processing theory, this explains influence creativity via open communication verify humble leadership as moderator of such mediation relationship. We conducted multiple-source (from both members their leaders), time-lagged (separated by four months) research design to collect survey data from 70 teams test model. The empirical results show are negatively related impact is mediated communication. moderated analyses also prove mediate negative impacts only in with low leadership. Finally, we discuss theoretical practical implications our research.
