IP for Sharing and Opening Government Data Based on Big Data

With the continuous application and popularization of big data technology, all government departments are aware importance as a national basic strategic resource, over country have been promoting sharing opening (SOA) local (GA) one after another, improving organization, formulating regulations, building GA SOA platform. At present, kept separately in each department, while there is no good DS scheme, resulting low (DS), lack authenticity shared data, easy leakage difficulty tracking. Through analysis above problems, an integrated platform(IP) based on designed, aiming to realize safe controlled GA. The this platform helps efficiently integrate resources maximize realistic value for people's services order achieve sustainable social development.
