ABSTRACT
Objectives:The ischemia-modified albumin (IMA) test is a promising indicator of myocardial ischemia in the early diagnosis acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Recent studies examining alterations IMA levels caused by that develops during exercise have shown contradictory results. There has been an increase severe exercise-related cardiac events football. We therefore, assessed before and after professional soccer players order to examine effect on levels. Methods: Blood was collected from exercise.IMA were measured using spectrophotometric methods, autoanalyzer. Results: The average pre-and post 16 found be 0.438±0.071and 0.386±0.069,respectively.The same group 4.08±0.20 g/dL 4.21±0.19g/dL, respectively. There strong negative correlation between levels, which statistically significant (r = -0.535.p 0.033).Conclusion: should examined not only noncardiac pathologies, but also specific serum concentrations individuals practicing vigorous sport activities.
