BURNOUT AND RELATED FACTORS IN HOSPITAL HEALTH WORKERS AFTER ONE YEAR OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC

ABSTRACT
Workload, fear of contracting Covid-19 or the use high levels personal protective equipment which causes discomfort and exhaustion are some potential factors that can cause burnout in hospital health workers. The aims this study were to determine prevalence related workers after one year covid-19 pandemic. This used a cross-sectional design Indonesian version Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire diagnose burnout. In Masclach questionnaire, is grouped into following three dimensions: a) emotional fatigue, b) loss empathy, c) self-esteem. MBI was distributed using Google form (G-form). Data processing analysing conducted SPSS 20.0 program. A total 135 filled out G-form it found 39.3% them experienced Factors significantly (p<0,05) higher education with ORa 4.10 (95% C.I.= 1.66 – 7.27) shift work 2.44 1.02 -5.86). for at private Hospital East Jakarta more than 1 pandemic 39.3%. level patterns.
