Increase of soybean nutritional quality with nonstandard foliar fertilizers

Deficiencies of mineral elements in human nutrition could be surpassed by crop fortification. One the prevalent measures fortification is foliar fertilization. The aim this study was to determine content and availability nutrients Mg, Fe Zn, together with phytate, as an anti-nutritive factor, β-carotene a promoter nutrient grain two soybean cultivars (Nena Laura) treated different non-standard fertilizers (mainly based on plant extracts). Generally, negative correlation between phytate indicated that factors which decrease increase primarily responsible for utilization humans animals.
