The aim of this research work was to develop triazine based dendrimer salicylic acid with increased antibacterial activity. Surface modification generation 3 performed by conjugation polyethylene glycol (PEG). amount drug encapsulated in determined the separation loaded from suspension containing free centrifugation. obtained after solvent evaporation centrifuged. supernatant measured UV spectrophotometer. entrapped into calculated as difference between used for formulation and supernatant. Antibacterial activity shows promising results prepared conjugate better only 36.05 % compared standard drug. gives more than sample. Results reveals that if we assume is completely entrapped, there will be approximately 2.5 fold increase This study also conjugates show S. aureus i.e. gram positive bacteria.
