ABSTRACT
To investigate the relationship between gross motor function and daily functional skill in children with cerebral palsy (CP) to explore how this is moderated by Gross Motor Function Classification System, Bimanual Fine (BFMF), neuromotor types, limb distribution of CP.A cross-sectional survey 112 CP (range, 4 years 7 months) was performed. assessed Measure-66 (GMFM-66) Pediatric Evaluation Disability Inventory-Functional Skills Scale (PEDI-FSS).GMFM-66 scores explained 49.7%, 67.4%, 26.1% variance PEDI-FSS self-care, mobility, social domains, respectively. Significant moderation BFMF classification levels II, III, IV found GMFM-66 self-care. Further significant also observable mobility. These findings suggest that hand must be considered when evaluating skills CP, especially unilateral CP.
