ABSTRACT
A desire to have every student attending our University be aware of, and reflect on, disability in their studies andfuture careers, initiated project explore how enhance awareness within all University’spapers.In this we systematically reviewed pertinent literature ran an action research workshop forstaff. Strategies identified the were presented andverified at interactive conference presentation. Embedding into curricula is challenging;staff considered themselves powerless bring about change departments, but thought that one way doso would by modelling inclusive behaviour introducing subtle practices papers taught.The strategies may of use others contemplating similar curricular modifications.
