ABSTRACT
Dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP IV) is a serine which has been suggested to play role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, but its mediator actions have not well investigated patients with spondyloarthritides. The purpose this study was investigate clinical relevance changes serum DPP activity and concentration these diseases.Serum significantly decreased spondyloarthritides arthritis compared control group, while increased.Among patients, reactive arthritis. No difference observed or between as clinically active disease those remission. Our results suggest that could be used specific marker, potentially non-specific inflammatory marker.(
