ABSTRACT
Sheeppox and goatpox are caused by sheep pox virus (SPPV) goat (GTPV), members of Capripoxvirus genus, Poxviridae family. SPPV GTPV damage host animal’s wool skin reduce production mutton milk. Because morbidity mortality the diseases, they bring huge economic burden to country. Main goal was compare Mongolian pox, sequences with other strains that were registered in Genebank.
In this study, two field from Mongolia Perego M strain (Biocombinat SOI, Mongolia), Russian Chinese alive vaccine used. The common DNA extraction method used samples amplified on a nested polymerase chain reaction (nested-PCR) which amplify full p32 gene Capripoxvirus. primers designed based conserved just outside or GTPV. By applying samples, suspected infection Mongolia, nested-PCR products obtained all predicted size, presence confirmed via length sequence analysis P32 gene. Sequence comparison performed using online BLAST program. identities nucleotides analyzed MUSCLE algorithm. A phylogenetic tree derived nucleotide constructed for neighbor joining MEGA (version X) software.
