ABSTRACT
Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor is a rare soft tissue which can be detected in many parts of the body. Its etiology and clinical behavior are not fully understood, its treatment controversial. This study aimed to present management pancreatic tail case presenting with extracolonic obstruction findings. Unblock distal pancreatectomy + left surrenalectomy hemicolectomy splenectomy operation was made R0 resection principles. Although there some medical treatments reported children unresectable tumors literature, complete surgical following oncological principles seems most important main modality inflammatory tumors. However, has aspects that yet clearly it disease being continuously researched.
