ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the future stockpiling drugs and developing vaccines treatment emerging infectious diseases by summarizing status drug stockpiling, vaccine development, related policies during three major outbreaks avian influenza among humans (H5N1 in 2003, H1N1 2009, H7N9 2013). Documents regarding development have been reviewed. Results indicated that response pandemic has improved markedly terms stockpiles antivirals development. These improvements also suggest advances policy planning. trends foreshadow better prospects prevention control diseases. However, rationality international cooperation still needs be enhanced.
