Complex treatment of dentofacial deformity associated with total maxillary edentulism and joint tumor

ABSTRACT
Technical/scientific and technological advances in dentistry have brought great improvements the diagnosis planning of challenging cases. In this context, aim study is to describe a clinical case patient with facial asymmetry, partial mandibular total maxillary edentulism condylar hyperplasia, which multidisciplinary treatment was performed using both conventional virtual diagnostic resources, for rehabilitation osseointegrated implants, bimaxillary orthognathic surgery condylectomy. Initially, referred orthodontics lower alignment leveling subsequent installation posterior implants. Upper implants were also installed implant-supported dentogingival little prosthetic compensation. After correct planning, mentoplasty surgical hyperplasia. The results showed significant improvement from functional aesthetic point view, restoring health quality life patient. Six years after completion case, are stable.
