Introduction: L-PRF is an autologous biomaterial composed of fibrin rich in platelets and leukocytes, which has remarkable potential for promoting tissue regeneration surgical procedures. Materials Methods: An exploratory descriptive bibliometric study was carried out, using a quantitative statistical approach. The aim to identify indicators academic activity related the applications platelet- leukocyte-rich (L-PRF) oral maxillofacial surgery trauma. Initially, 1811 studies were identified that dealt with specific field (CTBMF). Discussion: There diversification use dentistry, decline some topics growth dynamic areas. analysis reveals disparities restrictions by country, influenced quality publications relevance authors.
