ABSTRACT
Coatings based on NiZn and CoZn alloys were obtained by combining electrodeposition diffusion galvanizing methods. The coatings are homogeneous uniform, the zinc concentration is between 85.0 to 89.5 at. %, consist of intermetallic phases CoZn, mainly γ-Ni2Zn11 γ2-CoZn13. Alkaline etching accompanied selective dissolution zinc, rate increases with time. This dealloying a change in morphology - cracks, pits, pores considerable depth formed. These defects contribute formation galvanic coupling coating substrate, which leads an increase rate. electrochemical behavior after alkaline cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction was studied. current 1.5 3 times compared before etching. effect greater Ni-based coatings. Diffusion galvanizing followed promising method for creating electrode materials electrolysis evolution.
