ABSTRACT
Glioblastoma is the most aggressive primary malignant brain tumor, also known as isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) wild-type gliomas. Symptoms vary depending on where tumor located. It often manifested by headaches, epileptic seizures, and personality changes. constitutes 15% of tumors reasons for its formation are still unclear. Primary treatment surgery, followed chemoradiotherapy. Although maximal surgical resection standard, it recurs. The vast majority patients die within two years diagnosis. In this study, we aimed to examine glioblastoma in detail with possibilities available today.
