ABSTRACT
Seismic site response analysis is used to estimate the of soil deposits during seismic loading at any depth interest and interpret time histories as well spectra. This type involves many parameters that can affect character ground shaking. It important know effect these in order perform reliable hazard evaluation a site. paper presents effects several toward characteristics surface spectra based on local conditions Jakarta using one-dimensional (1-D) model with total stress approach. A parametric study was performed two cohesive deposit profiles different class, namely medium clay (site SD) soft SE). The bedrock layers both were located 300 m. In this study, analytical methods implemented equivalent-linear method non-linear method. Several dynamics models also implemented. addition, variation property parameters, such bedrock, shear wave velocity layer thickness, etc., studied. results indicate all studied have significant surface.
