ABSTRACT
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic, inflammatory autoimmune disorder of unknown etiology characterized by synovial hyperplasia and resulting joint destruction.Despite reduced needs for total arthroplasty in the treatment end-stage damage hip knee RA, many patients still require to restore function quality life.We present surgical young RA patient with bilateral at Clinic Orthopaedics Traumatology Clinical Center Niš.Male seropositive was implanted over period 4 years (2008 2011).At time first left arthroplasty, 32 old.Surgical all procedures passed without complications.At control examination 3 after last surgery, walking mobility aids.His walk safe stable.The postoperative scars on hips knees were stable, no signs inflammation.The flexion possible till 110 degrees, extension full capacity.The resumed his work life activities, now he works as game warden.He normally performs everyday including climbing watchtower.Total rheumathoid advanced destruction successful solution.
