ABSTRACT
Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence maternal age on fertilization, embryo quality, and clinical pregnancy in patients undergoing intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) using testicular from partners with azoospermia. Methods A total 416 ICSI cycles spermatozoa obstructive azoospermia (OA, n=301) non-obstructive (NOA, n=115) were analyzed. Female divided into following groups: 27 31 years, 32 36 37 41 years. rates high-quality embryos, pregnancy, delivery compared across groups between OA NOA groups. Results fertilization embryos not significantly different among Similarly, different. rate higher group than (p<0.05). Age-group analysis revealed that aged years old, but for other Although differed all groups, significant differences observed. Conclusion In couples male azoospermia, outcomes affected by age. However, women older should be advised increased incidence failure.
