ABSTRACT
Contemporary medicine is unimaginabile without biotechnological involvment in diagnostic and therapeutic purpouses, but sometimes the discovery application of new materials go faster then understanding adoption knowledge about consequences for our organism. Understanding biological processes at microscopycal molecular level would lead to better integration biomaterial with human body environment. The primary aim this review was evaluate potential microbiological effect after implant insertions oral microbiota. secundary if such shift has any surgical wound-healing, post-implant tissue reaction or rejection implanted biomaterial. third question previous results similar reviews studies regarding role improving responses implantation dental medicine. A comprehensive systematic search via Web Science, Scopus PubMed databases conducted. data synthesis showed among clinical several ambiguous conclusions leaving numerous questions straight answers. We hypothesized that relationship between host microbiome insertion mutual, within limitations review, interaction host-oral microbiota material inset remains uncharted territory.
