ABSTRACT
The determination of water content is essential for the maintenance grain quality, and an evaluation alternative methods quantification allows to increase efficiency process bring benefits productive sector. study aimed analyze using microwave ovens determine in grains. was carried out a completely randomized design 5 x 6 factorial scheme, with five species (peanut, sunflower, corn, soybean wheat) six drying periods (0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 min), four replications.
