ABSTRACT
With the growth of distance education, and adoption computational systems as an educational support tool, use virtual learning environments has also grown. These offer various tools that could be used to assist in teaching-learning process, one these is forum. Discussion forums online platforms often require monitoring thousands users. Due large number posts, it difficult supervise all students. In order perform effective monitoring, necessary teacher. This study aims develop approach manage posts. To achieve this goal, two steps were performed: identification posts classified doubt, extraction subject from post. Identification stage, neural network algorithm achieved 97% accuracy.
