ABSTRACT
Accurate diagnosis and management of a femoral vascular injury is important as it life-threatening with high morbidity mortality. This the case 75-year-old man admitted to emergency room trauma right groin due horse fall. Computed tomography showed active bleeding artery without pelvic or fracture. We inserted stent-graft, but hypotension persisted. Exploration was completed, from external iliac vein identified repaired. In conclusion, rare in associated fracture, however, arterial venous should not be completely ruled out. Endovascular therapy worth recommending quicker safer than surgery patients artery. However, possibility combined suspected ongoing hemodynamic instability.
