ABSTRACT
Native lung hyperinflation (NLH) is one of the known complications after single transplantation (SLT). Generally, satisfactory results are achieved in patients undergoing SLT when simultaneous (or second stage) volume reduction contralateral native performed. Contralateral pneumonectomy rarely reported. In this article, we report a case successful, right lung, 3 years left transplant for pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis (PLAM). The patient's function and quality life improved significantly lung.
