Malignant melanoma is a malignant neoplasia drives from melanocytes. melanoma, the most causing death, seen in third place at skin cancer. shows intrinsic resistance to chemotherapeutic agents and variability course of disease which are distinct features separating other solid tumors. These prevent development standardization non-surgical treatment models melanoma. Although there large number used metastatic it hasn’t been demonstrated survival advantage adjuvant with agents. Because different clinical thought be closely associated immune system. Therefore, immunomodulatory therapy were developed.
