ABSTRACT
Background: The prevalence of sexual dysfunction among women increases with menopause. Thus, menopausal may get worried about marital dissatisfaction due to dysfunction. Objectives: purpose this study was investigate the relationship between function and satisfaction postmenopausal women. Methods: This correlational carried out on 119 conveniently recruited from two healthcare centers in Qom, Iran. Data were collected using a demographic questionnaire, Female Sexual Function Index, ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire. SPSS software (v. 18.0) used test correlations variables through Pearson's correlation analysis at significance level less than 0.05. Results: total score had no significant scores its different dimensions (P > 0.05). Conclusions: suggests that does significantly affect it seems need not be conflicts Yet, they counseling services order understand effects aspects life.
