ABSTRACT
This paper is regarding Agropolitan projects and its potential in uplifting the community socio-economic level at Gahai project Kuala Lipis, Pahang. The Programme were Malaysian Government initiative to eradicate poverty Malaysia. Regarding this study, it important look planning of programme before can be clearly seen. research approach for study was a qualitative case that provided in-depth descriptions process Data gained through four interviews with help an interview guide officers who are related directly program projects. questions served as guide, but allowed respondents freedom flexibility their answers. from transcribed verbatim subsequently analyzed by identifying similarities consistent themes. Ministry Rural Regional Development National Implementation Directorate backbone project. then implemented Land Unit, appointed organizer, Rubber Industry Smallholder Authority. Close relationship between planner, implementer, also participants would develop power strengthen success future.
