ABSTRACT
In this paper we have developed an approach based on Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) for measurement of agility in Supply Chain. An Agile Chain (ASC) is frequently considered as a dominant competitive advantage. As complexity and vagueness global markets must be one the essential characteristics ASC system, efficiently applied ANFIS order to inject different complicated capabilities (that is, flexibility, competency, cost, responsiveness quickness) model ambiguous environment. Moreover, potential attributes considering membership functions each capabilities, training these through adaptive procedure, using fuzzy concepts objective attributes) made proposed meritorious surveying real life problems. To our best knowledge such application has been never reported literature. It worth noting that procedure Decision Support (DSS) helps managers perform gap analysis between existent level desired also provides reliable information decision making.
