ABSTRACT
Endoscopic resection is the first-line treatment for rectal neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) measuring <1 cm and those between 1 2 in size. However, conventional endoscopic cannot achieve complete all cases. We aimed to analyze clinical outcomes of precut mucosal (EMR-P) used management NET.EMR-P was treat NET 72 patients at a single tertiary center 2011 2015. Both, circumferential precutting EMR were performed with same snare device patients. Demographics, procedural details, histopathological features reviewed cases.Mean size tumor measured endoscopically 6.8±2.8 mm. En bloc achieved 71 (98.6%) 67 (93.1%), respectively. The mean time required 9.0±5.6 min. Immediate delayed bleeding developed six (8.3%) 4 (5.6%), observed during EMR-P associated risk bleeding.Both, en rates NETs using noted be high. procedure short safe. may good choice NETs.
