ABSTRACT
Photovoice is a participatory action research method that allows participants to express their stories, ideas, and emotions through photographs discuss them in group reflect upon community. The study aims at investigating the emotional cognitive representations of young (migrant non-migrant) on integration living context which they spend most time. were 4 psychology students, 2 peer researchers, 6 migrants. Results show how from different backgrounds conceptualize according themes: 1. A universal language (of music, art, food) convey integration; 2. Travel as metaphor for encounter; 3. Solidarity gesture; 4. Nostalgia an obstacle 5. Loneliness poverty factors non-integration. Implications results are discussed.
